We deliver our products by special transport delivery from London. All orders are delivered to the customer’s door, if no other variant was chosen. Make sure the delivery address is correct.
Minimum order must be over £25.00. All orders are processed the same day. All orders placed by 11.00am will be delivered the next working day. Orders made after 11am will take an additional working day. We do not deliver during weekends, official public holidays, bank holidays.
If you wish to receive your delivery at any other time or date, please let us know about it in special section when you make the order – we will make everything possible to arrange a suitable time for you.
Make sure someone will be present at the address of delivery to receive the order. The Customer must check that the quantity and specifications of Products delivered correspond the ordered ones before signature of the delivery note.
If we anticipate any difficulties concerning the delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a mutually acceptable alternative. Please make sure you give the correct phone number in your order.
