Delicious fried eel with butter and addictive garlic sauce
- 2 smoked eel fillets
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- salt, pepper to taste
Mix together garlic cloves, butter and lemon juice. Hit the mixture in a saute pan over low heat until the butter melts.
Season the smoked eel fillets with salt and pepper, brush them with the butter sauce and roast over low heat for less than 1 minute on each side. It can be served as a full-course delicious eel meal or with baked potatoes or rice. This seafood recipe has been tested for restaurant and home use.
