Healthy smoked eel salad with lettuce


200 g of smoked eel fillets

200 g of green lettuce leafs torn into pieces

1 yellow bell pepper

For dressing:

2 tablespoons of unagi sauce (or soy sauce)

1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

Salt to taste

Servings: 4


Cut smoked eel fillets into eatable pieces. Peel the bell pepper and cut it into strips. Put the lettuce leafs on the plate, add pepper stripes and pieces of the smoked eel. In a small saucepan mix the ingredients for the dressing together and pour the salad. Add sesame seeds and salt. This delicious salad is perfect for losing weight if you're on a diet.
