Light eastern smoked eel salad


100 g smoked eel fillet

2 cups of mixed greens

1 cucumber

5 cherry tomatoes

sesame seeds

1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

salt, pepper to taste


Cut the smoked eel fillet into eatable pieces. Slice the cucumber, cut the cherry tomatoes. For dressing mix the balsamic vinegar with olive oil.

Put some greens on each plate, add several pieces of smoked eel, tomatoes and cucumber slices. Season with sesame seeds, add salt and pepper to taste, then add the dressing. Serve immediately.

This salad is healthy and light, yet tasty and easy to cook.
