Scrumptious smoked eel pizza


  • 100 g of sliced smoked eel
  • 1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese 
  • 1 red peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano or mixed herbs 

Pizza dough (250-350g)


Preheat the oven to 230C. Roll out the pizza dough, add tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cut the red peppers and onions, add them too. The put on top the smoked eel strips. Decorate with mozzarella and oregano. Bake the pizza at 230º C for 10-12 minutes, check from time to time. This simple dish becomes really sophisticated thanks to the delicious seafood ingredient.
