Appetizing sauteed vegetables with tender smoked eel

Ingredients:

  • 2 big bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 leek
  • 1 artichoke
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 smoked eel fillet
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • olive oil
  • parsley for decoration

Servings: 4

Recipe:

Julienne the leek, peppers and onion; slice artichoke and zucchini. Peel the carrot and make strips with the help of a peeler. Peel tomatoes and cut it into 4 slices. Put all the vegetables in a bowl, season with salt and then add oil. Heat the griddle and cook the vegetables until soft.

Put the vegetables on a plate, cover with slices of smoked eel. Decorate with a branch of parsley. Vegetables and delicious seafood perfectly taste together!
