Delicate and colourful smoked eel salad


  • 2 handfuls of rocket
  • 15-20 cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g of smoked ell fillets
  • 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Servings: 2


Halve the tomatoes, put them and rocket to a bowl. Cut the smoked ell fillets into middle pieces. Mix the oil, vinegar and mustard together, pour the dressing over the salad, add salt and pepper, mix to coat the leaves. Place the eel fillets over the top. Light and delicious salad is ready.
